Welcome to Manchester!
Please join the militia every day in the evening, this helps to secure the town. There are some bandits around the county!
The town tavern is now stocked with beer and food so you can help the town too, when visiting it and consume some stuff.

To EVERYONE wishing to help Manchester, here is a list of activities and gestures you can make to contribute:
° Chopping wood. Our forest is our greatest asset! The town has axes to lend. Each time you use one, a bushel of wood is automatically sent to the Town Hall.
° We are happy to take any donations of unwanted goods (or gold).
° Sell your harvest and goods to the Town Hall! There is a list below with some prices, but you're always welcome to contact me if you wanna sell something, and we can figure out a deal!
° Eat, Drink, and be Merry at the Red Lion Inn! All profits help to lower our tax burden and being in a good mood makes you less prone to break things! It also leads to the newborns we need to sustain our town.
° Consider serving on guard duty overnights (shortly before reset). Apply in the Town Hall. Three positions available daily.
Remember that the market is to supply everyone in resources, food, clothes, etc. Abusing the market by buying large bulks, stockpiling or any other type of action revolving around that, that destabilizing the market, would lead to prosecution for public disorder. If you are unsure, write to the mayor.

Wheat priced at £10.20 or less
Corn priced at £2.50 or less
Bread priced at £4.50 or less
Wood priced at £3.50 or less
Fish priced at £17.30 or less
Meat priced at £16.50 or less
Milk priced at £7.65 or less
Vegetables priced at £8.00 or less
WESTMORLAND TERRITORIAL FORCES (WmTF)
We always need fine folk who would like to help make Westmorland safer. If interested in learning more please go to the WmTF thread in the Inn and introduce yourself. Your service to the county is always appreciated, no matter what your level there is a place for you in the WmTF. Come join, We got cookies! For more information, contact the Town Commander (Jedgar).
